Easy Tzatziki Sauce (Creamy, Fresh, & optionally Vegan)
Tzatziki is one of those things I didn’t have until I was an adult, and now I make it on a regular basis. It is so yummy, and such a great, high protein, healthy dip!
It’s creamy, tangy, and full of bright flavor from lemon, cucumber, and dill.
And the best part? You can make it dairy-free or traditional depending on what you have on hand.
👉 Use soy yogurt for a plant-based version
👉 Or plain Greek yogurt for a thicker, more traditional option
Both work beautifully!
